Mountain Groove Productions Information
We love having Volunteers! Most of the time it will be helping to check in tickets, wrist banding, and mainly helping at the door.
Work a Show get a Show! After you Volunteer, you have a free ticket to any show! Here’s how to get setup!
1. If you have never volunteered for MGP, get on our Volunteer page!
2. Sign up for the date you want to help us out. (Please make sure it’s a show you are not really interested in. You will be working at the box office outside of the venue and won’t get to see the show)
3. After you work a show, email Alta, AT LEAST 5 days before the show you want to see! ***This is important, as we only hold 5 tickets for our volunteers. Your volunteer ticket MUST be used within 3 months, or you will lose it.
If you are a band interested on playing our events, please contact email@example.com
Tickets are available here on our site. Just click on the TICKETS button next to the show you wish to attend and follow the prompts. We accept Visa & Mastercard for online ticket sales.
Tickets are available in advance at Dos Gingos, Thunder River Market and Deja Brew Coffee & Tea. If tickets are not sold out, the Box Office will open 1 hours before doors on show nights. We accept Visa MasterCard, Discover and Amex.
We have several ticketing outlets throughout the valley. Dos Gringos in Carbondale, and Deja Brew in Glenwood Springs. Buying your ticket at an outlet, you will avoid service fees, and have a actual hard ticket. Outlets have a limited number of tickets and once they are out they will not be restocked.
Taxes and Fees on Ticket Purchases
If you pay with a credit card, there is a $1 per ticket charge. The PAC3 Carbondale charges a $1 service fee per ticket.
All Shows are ALL AGES unless otherwise noted. ID is required of all guests, regardless of your age.
Sold Out Shows
To ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the show, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance. Once a show is sold out, we can’t do anything to help you, this scenario is avoidable by buying in advance.
All shows are General Admission unless otherwise noted.
*Tickets will be noted if it’s a seated show.
- No cameras or photography unless specifically permitted by management in advance.
- No refunds or exchanges on your tickets.
- Absolutely no fighting, stealing, or being rude to guests or staff!
